As a Senior Mortgage Advisor, Mark has been originating residential home loans for 20+ years. Five years were spent with Washington Mutual Home Loans in the Baltimore / Annapolis area. In 2005 & 2006, he was ranked in the Washington Mutual “Top 10 Originators for the Mid-Atlantic Region”. In 2007, Mark joined PHH Home Loans (d.b.a. Coldwell Banker Home Loans). As the in-house lender to 4 real estate offices, he spent the next 5+ years helping realtors’ clients with their financing needs. 100% of Mark’s business is referral based. After another 9 ½ years with Bay Capital Mortgage Corporation, and President’s Club recipient, he joined Main Street Home Loans in Severna Park in May of 2022. As of 2025, he is now with Federal Hill Mortgage! Mark’s primary goal is to provide his clients with the information they need to make the best possible decision for their financial situation.
Mark earned his BA in Economics from St Lawrence University in 1995. Mark and his wife, Linda, moved to Maryland in 2001 and reside in Annapolis with their two children. Both children are avid travel club and school ice hockey players.
Mark enjoys conducting seminars and teaching continuing education classes for realtors and prospective home buyers.
